
In addition to the many styles available in the boutique, Né Mo'niq offers custom design clothing and sketching services. Custom garments are solely made to order, made from measurements, and created from scratch.
Process
The custom designing process includes an emailed design consultation, a custom sketch with 2 additional allowed revisions, available fabric and/or color palette options, measurement guide, and the custom garment(s).
All custom designing interactions are conducted through email to ensure accuracy.
The design consultation includes efficient and timely communication to discuss further ideas, estimated cost and time frame, submission of measurements, and any questions you may have before proceeding forward.
Detailed measurements with instructions on how to take measurements specific to your design will be emailed.
Once Measurements are received, a non-refundable 30% down payment will be required before proceeding to the next phase. The custom designing process will proceed after the 30% is recieved.
There will be one custom sketch with two revisions if necessary. After three revisions and/or new sketch requested, an additional $20 will be added.
Sketches are done without color to provide room for any changes. If you require a full colored sketch, there will be an additional $15 charged to the final total.
Sketching will begin after the 72 hour cancellation period. All sketches must be approved within 48 hours of receiving via email.
After a photo confirmation of the completed garment(s) is sent, the remaining balance will be due within 3 days. Once the final payment is paid, the garment(s) will then be securely packaged and shipped.
