Time Frame

Custom garments may take 4-6 weeks for completion and delivery. Depending on the complexity of the garment(s), required materials, and communication intervals.

More elaborate or detailed customized garments may take longer and timelines are subject to change.


Holiday seasons may cause the time frame to lengthen.


Deposit Payment

A non-refundable down payment deposit of 30% will be required before sketching. The 30% will count towards the total cost of the garments(s).

If you wish to cancel your custom order, you must cancel within 72 hours. Within this time frame, the continuation of the process will be stopped and deposit returned. After 72 hours, your 30% deposit will be forfeited.

The 30% down payment is due 30 days prior to the agreed upon date.


Color and Fabric Variations

Fabric and color palettes may vary slightly based on photo screens. It is encouraged to order swatches via mail or view in person (if possible) to ensure accuracy for a desired color or fabric. 

It is not the designer's responsibilities in the event that a customer is dissatisfied with the color or fabric, once approved.


Order Changes

Any changes to a custom order are allowed before down payment and before production begins. For post production, minor adjustments or add-ons may be considered, but must be within 24 hours after finished photo confirmation.

All custom order changes may cause the price to vary, depending on your requests.


Damaged Items

Visual inspections as well as precautious will be taken to ensure the safety of items being shipped. If a packaged box is received damaged causing the inside content(s) to sustain damages, email pictures of everything to This will be handled accordingly. 



All minor alterations, are at the discretion and consultation of Né Mo'niq  designer to discuss the most appropriate action.

In order for Né Mo'niq to provide appropriate feedback for alterations, you must contact within 14 days of receiving your garment(s).



Prices are estimates, may vary, and are subject to change.


Expedited/Rush Orders

Expedited/rush orders on garment productions will not be granted to ensure the quality and guarantee of customer satisfaction. Please note some garments may be finished before the estimated time.

If preferred, completed custom orders can be shipped via expedited services.



Né Mo'niq designs are all uniquely created. Customers are welcome to provide a photo, form of reference, as well as their own fabric. Creations may not be exact, but can include design elements.



Orders with no deposit payment recieved within the 30 days of agreed date, will be automatically cancelled by Né Mo'niq.

Customers will only have a 72 hour time frame to request cancellations on all orders per request after 30% paid deposit.


Size/Fit Issues

Size and fit issues are not the designer's responsibilities once measurements or sizes are agreed upon. Which may cancel out any sizing adjustments. 



As each custom garment is unique and specifically made for each individual, Né Mo'niq does not offer returns for custom designed clothing. 

Our ultimate goal is the guarantee of quality and customer satisfaction. We will work with you to ensure your happiness and facilitate any solution that may cause concern.
