Custom garments may vary between 6 weeks to 1 year for completion and delivery, depending on the complexity of the garment(s), required materials, and communication intervals. More elaborate or detailed customized garments may take longer, and timelines are subject to change. Holiday seasons may cause the time frame to lengthen.
Prices are estimates, may vary, and are subject to change depending on style, fabric, and complexity of garment design. The final cost will be sent on a payment invoice at the time garment(s) is finished.
A down payment deposit of 50% will be due upon receipt and required before any work is performed. The 50% will count towards the total cost of the garment(s).
If you wish to cancel your custom order, you must cancel within 72 hours post 50% deposit payment. The order process will be stopped, and your 50% deposit will be refunded.
*Please note all work will not begin until after the 72-hour cancellation period has passed.
Né Mo’niq offers additional purchases of large mesh laundry bags in white, pink, and black. Designer garment bags in classic white and our brand’s signature black in multiple sizes.
Color and Fabric Variations
Fabric and color palettes may vary slightly based on photo screens. It is encouraged to order swatches via mail or view in person to ensure accuracy for a desired color or fabric.
It is not the designer’s responsibilities in the event that a customer is dissatisfied with the color or fabric, once approved.
Né Mo’niq designs are all uniquely created. Clients are welcome to provide a photo or form of reference of their choice for inspiration. However, those are solely used for idea purposes and will not be duplicated exactly.
Size and fit issues due to client’s weight changes are not the designer’s responsibility once measurements have been submitted. The designer’s goal is to provide custom made garments to an individual’s specific measurements as best as possible. However, even garments made specifically to one’s measurements can alter final fit if weight changes occur by the time an item is received.
If minor alterations are needed consult Né Mo’niq designer to discuss the most appropriate action. In order for Né Mo’niq to provide appropriate feedback for alterations, you must contact email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your garment(s).
Any changes to a custom order are allowed only during the mockup viewing appointment. If any changes caused the price to vary, the final invoice will reflect the updated changes.
Expedited/rush orders on garment productions will not be granted to ensure the quality and guarantee of customer satisfaction.
*Please note some garments may be finished before the estimated time. If preferred, completed custom orders can be shipped via expedited services.
Based on location, package weight, and preferred shipping method, additional shipping charges may apply. Orders will ship 2-3 days after final payment is received.
*Né Mo’niq is not responsible for any delays in shipping or delivery due to unforeseen circumstances outside its control. During Holiday seasons, orders may take longer to process and ship.

Visual inspections as well as precautions will be taken to ensure the safety of items being shipped. If a packaged box received is damaged causing the inside content(s) to sustain damages, email pictures of each within 24 hours of delivery to be addressed and handled accordingly.
As each custom garment is unique and specifically made for each individual, Né Mo’niq does not offer returns for custom designed clothing. Our ultimate goal is the guarantee of quality and customer satisfaction. We will work with you to ensure your happiness and facilitate any solution that may cause concern.
