Né Mo'niq will accept returns or exchanges for eligible fashion items, less shipping costs. You have 30 calendar days to return or exchange your item(s) from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it. In new condition, unused, unwashed, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. Your item must also have the original tags attached if applicable.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of your approval for return or exchange. If your return or exchange is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 7-10 business days, based on your financial institution.
If your item(s) are not in good standing condition as stated above, refunds and exchanges will not be granted. Store credit may be issued.
Né Mo'niq will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item(s). A prepaid label will be provided.
All face masks, customized items, personalized, and all sale items are considered "Final Sale" and are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
